Customer Service Advisor/Internal Sales Co-Ordinator –22k

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our Internal Sales Team as an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator the main purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service when raising customer orders, or when answering pricing, stock & availability enquires, and delivery updates, both written and verbal.
Internal Sales Co-Ordinator/Customer Service Advisor duties:
Act as an internal account manager for specific customers, managing their order process from cradle to grave
Process manual orders for finished goods & spares, adhering to customer agreed SLA’s and terms
Respond to enquiries/orders providing accurate information and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Work closely with supply chain & distribution teams to expedite orders, and resolve potential customer issues
Work closely with supply chain and warehouse teams to maximise our Customer OTIF capability
Work closely with external sales team, supporting and responding to inbound customer enquiries, and potential sales opportunities
Provide pre-sales product advice on all products within the company’s portfolio
Process EDI order receipts, including exceptions, report processing and customer “call off” order processing and monitoring
Complete all sales associated administration tasks with efficiency and in a timely manner.
Raising of orders in line with customer agreed terms, and order cut off times.
Ensure orders are raised accurately, correct customer account details, products and pricing.
Manage internal inboxes so priority orders are not missed.
Monitor call volumes and actively update availability to ensure answer times are within SLA.
Knowledge & Experience Required Internal Sales Co-Ordinator/Customer Service Advisor:
Proven experience in an internal sales-based role.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Customer focused, with excellent communication skills.
Strong positive attitude always looking for the best possible outcome/solution.
Be able to demonstrate excellent organisation and administration skills.
Works well under pressure individually or as part of a team and can meet tight deadlines.
Is analytical with the ability to demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
