Centric Talent are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors on behalf of our client, who are a finance factoring company that specialises within the UK automotive repair industry.
Our client is a fast-growing business and can provides a variety of opportunities for the right candidate to develop and grow within a dynamic environment. 
They are now looking for talented advisor to join their growing collections team, this will be based in the office in Leeds full time and will be temporary to permanent.

Customer Service Advisor - The Role & Responsibilities

 
The role will involve B2B collections and monitoring accounts to identify outstanding payments. You will be expected to communicate daily with clients and debtors to ensure queries are being resolved.
Your role will include but is not limited to:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Solely responsible for managing your ledger.
  • Ensure debtors meet due date deadlines.
  • Chasing overdue invoices.
  • Verifying invoices.
  • Producing details and accurate reports.
  • Issuing weekly and monthly statements.
  • Resolving queries with clients and debtors.
  • Educating clients on processes.
  • Administration duties, including portal checks.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous experience working in a fast passed contact centre or office based customer service role is essential
  • Collections/credit control experience an advantage.
  • Strong negation skills
  • Good clear verbal and written communication skills essential
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Good eye for detail
  • Strong IT/Keyboard skills
Customer Service Advisor - Working Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday - No weekend working.
40 hours per week
Office base full time
Pay £12.02 per hour paid weekly.
Regular overtime available
