With a starting salary of £20,000 - £22,000 working Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure customer queries  and questions regarding deliveries are dealt with.
Ensure the customer requirements sheet is kept up to date.
Accurate attention to detail when entering data onto the system.
Deliver exceptional levels of service always, over the both the telephone, face to face and via email.
Book appointments in with customers.
Be able to work as part of a team but also autonomously.
Skills and Attributes:
Computer literate.
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
Outgoing and friendly personality.
Excellent administration skills.
Confident with managing customer expectations either over the telephone or face to face.
