Production Supervisor

Connect Appointments have an exciting new opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our established client on a permanent basis and play a key role in the continued success of a thriving company!

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing a team of Production Workers, which includes carrying out performance reviews and disciplinary meetings
• Quality checking on a regular basis
• Liaising with Team Leaders, Managers and Senior workers to ensure all aspects of production run smoothly
• Preparing reports outlining performance
• Ensuring all company policies are followed strictly

The ideal Production Supervisor will have:

• Previous experience in a management/supervisory role
• Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills
