Page Personnel are working in partnership with a reputable charity based in Liverpool to recruit for the role of administration manager and PA
Client Details
Our Client is a well established charity that has strong values at the core of the business. They are recruiting for an administration manager and PA to the CEO to join their team.
The key responsibilities of the PA are:
Reporting to the CEO and director of operations
Handling all telephone calls, emails and letters in a timely manner
Managing the admin functions across the organisation
Scheduling appointments and organising diary events
Arrange travel/accommodation for any relevant staff
Ensure that any Comments, Compliments or Complaints are logged and documented and acted upon appropriately
Provide HR admin support
Set up all online training for all staff members
Adhere to data protection and GDPR principlesProfile
The successful candidate will be:
Enthusiastic and self motivated
Experienced in working in an office environment at a senior level
Skilled in organising and communicating effectively
Competent in using Microsoft 365 and computer literate
Experienced in managing and motivating teams in an effective manner
