Job DescriptionWe're excited to be partnering with Breast Cancer Now in their search for a new Fundraising Products Officer to join their newly established fundraising products team.Job Title: Fundraising Products OfficerLocation: London, hybridContract: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per weekSalary: £28,381 - £32,001 per annum depending on experienceBenefits: Up to 3 days working from home each week, 25 days of paid leave (increasing annually), Pension plan with a company contribution of up to 8%, Two volunteering days per year, Season ticket and bicycle loan schemeAbout the Organisation: Breast Cancer Now is committed to providing world-class research, life-changing support, and vital information to empower individuals and communities to take action against breast cancer.The Role: As the Fundraising Products Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering and refining a diverse range of innovative fundraising products, focusing on meeting net income targets and ensuring an exceptional supporter experience. Reporting to the Fundraising Products Manager, you'll drive initiatives to attract, nurture, and retain supporters, collaborating closely with colleagues across the community and events teams.Responsibilities:Product and Project Management: Plan, deliver, and develop a portfolio of fundraising products, ensuring clear schedules and effective communication plans.Supporter Care and Stewardship: Develop and lead engaging supporter journeys, optimizing remittance, average gift, and retention.Marketing and Digital: Work with internal teams to develop effective marketing activity and monitor performance across various channels.About You: We're looking for someone with a passion for charity fundraising, digital expertise, and a track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
