Zoom Audio Visual Engineer

A leading Audio Visual Consultancy are seeking an onsite Zoom Audio Visual Technician to join the team on an initial 6 months contract basis, working Outside IR35.
The role will be 5 days a week onsite in Central London and will be full time Monday to Friday and the role has a high likelihood of extension.
The role has a start date of the 1st of July with immediate consideration and interviews.
Zoom Audio Visual (AV) Technician Role:
Provide hands on, L1 onsite support to Zoom products including Zoom Room, Zoom Portal and Zoom Phone
Troubleshoot and provide User Support of Zoom Rooms and general Zoom enquiries
Install, repair and configuration of Zoom Rooms
Provide AV Support
Proactive support (Monitoring, Config and Updates, System Optimization)
Zoom Audio Visual (AV) Technician Experience required:
Extensive Zoom product experience
Zoom Rooms, Zoom Portal and Zoom Phone
Ability to read Video, Audio and Control line drawings
