Youth Worker - PRU - Immediate Start - Manchester Location - Long Term Role - �75 - �95 per day (depending on experience)

*** Youth Worker required in to work 1:1 and in group

*** Youth Worker required with at least 1 years' experience within the youth worker background

*** Youth Worker must have strong behaviour management skills

***Physical Intervention Training or Team Teach desirable

The Role - Youth Worker

We are looking for an inspirational Youth Worker to join a challenging PRU based in Manchester starting ASAP until the end of the academic year. For this Youth Worker role, you should ideally have at least 1 year's experience working with challenging behaviour, this does not necessarily have to be within the classroom setting. To be a successful Youth Worker you must be able to think on the spot and act quickly should a challenging situation arise and must be able to build positive rapport with students to ensure successful outcomes. Due to the nature of the role, Physical Intervention Training is highly desired for the position of Youth Worker.

The School - Youth Worker

This PRU located in Manchester caters for 80 students ages 11 - 16. This Successful PRU was recently graded 'Good' with highly supportive Senior Leadership. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Youth Worker to gain an opportunity to progress your career in this school!
