Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker with experience in a children's home?
We are looking for staff who can help the young thrive and fulfil their potential.
Our clients specialise in supporting children and young people from 11 to 17 years old with a range of emotional & behavioural difficulties, mental health and challenging behaviours.
_Job Role;_
· Assists children with autism and learning disabilities through goal-oriented activities and daily living skills such as personal care.
· Monitor the children's physical and emotional well-being.
· Provide person-centred support.
· Support with household duties, such as cooking and cleaning.
· Assist the children in developing and maintaining positive relationships in the community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
