MCS Group is seeking a Program Director with experience of delivering IT focused projects within a banking or financial services setting for a 6-12 month daily rate contract. Joining one of the world's largest consultancies who specialise in digital transformation projects in the global financial markets, you'll join at an exciting time as they kick off a brand new project with one of the biggest names in banking in the UK & Ireland.The PersonYou'll have significant commercial experience at director level within IT (financial services and/or banking).You'll have a strong track record in establishing and scaling large Digital Transformation teams with a focus on recruitment, motivation and overall talent management.You'll be comfortable managing multiple program deliveries within budget and on-time within complex environments.You'll have a strong background in Agile methodologies and have demonstrable experience of delivering and managing change within a financial services setting.Experience of delivering projects within a cloud environment (AWS specifically) will be highly advantageous.Comfortable working within a flexible hybrid model with offices in Dublin City Centre.Rates€750+.
