Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities



� Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 4 students.



� Implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students.



� Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.



� Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.



� Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships.



� Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.



� Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required.



Year 4 Teacher Requirements



� Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.



� Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.



� Proven experience teaching Year 4 students in a primary school setting.



� Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.



� Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



� Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.



� Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices.



� Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
