Your new company
Hays Education are currently working with a well-established primary school in the Orrell area who are looking to recruit a Year 3 Teacher to work until the end of the summer term. The core values of this school play a massive part in the curriculum, and it has a very welcoming environment. This school has accessible routes via major roads and rural roads, with easy access to on-site parking.
Your new role
This job role will be on a full-time basis and will mean taking on full responsibilities as the class teacher, so this will include planning and delivering fun and engaging lessons as well as marking pupil work. You will be expected to build strong relationships with your students, ensuring they are working to their potential. You will want to strive for academic growth for the children in your class and feel confident in tailoring materials to suit the ability and learning style of individual pupils. This job will have the potential to be extended past September for the right candidate.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status. You need to be a good team player, have good time management and behaviour management skills. Experience in KS2 would be desirable but not essential and NQTs/ECTs are welcome to apply for the role.
