Year 1 Teaching assistant

A primary school based in Chelmsley Wood are looking for a Year 1 teaching assistant to join their team.
Your role and responsibilities:

• You will be working to support children across the classroom in a fast-paced, thriving year 1 classroom. You will also be delivering small group intervention sessions focusing on Phonics. You will also have the responsibility to work closely with the class teacher to ensure lesson plans are followed securely.

Role requirements:

• Successful candidates must hold a minimum Level 2 relevant qualification alongside experience supporting children across KS1. Experience leading intervention sessions would also be preferred.
