Year 1 Teacher

Our school need someone just like you for their upcoming Year 1 Teacher role, to fully support the aims of the School and to ensure the personal, social, emotional and physical development of every child. This rewarding Year 1 Teacher role offers the opportunity to work with a creative and enthuisiastic staff and to aid the development of a lovely Year 1 Class. You'll be requried to deliver inspring lessons, plan and prepare course material, monitor progress and address learning needs.

The roles requires a Year 1 Teacher with:

• Ideally experience of teaching within Year 1, however Early Years and Key Stage 1 experience will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 Curriculum
• Ideally experience of Phonics
• The natural ability to plan and deliver the current primary curriculum with confidence
• The ability to provide engaging, quality education to pupils as Year 1 Teacher
• The ability be creative and demonstrate fun and intelligent classroom management skills
• The ability to build strong relationships with the primary school staff, children and parents
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or be newly qualified
