Year 1 Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a passionate Year 1 Teacher to join our client school in Bolton. This is a full time position, commencing in January 2024, and you will be required to complete the academic year. This exciting position will pay £140-200 per day, subject to experience.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively plan and deliver varied and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum to support all learners
• Assess and record student progress to ensure progression
• Collaborate effectively with Teaching Assistants to facilitate an inclusive educational experience
• Implement the school's curriculum and contribute to the development of young learners
• Foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere, ensuring the well-being and academic progress of each student

Essential requirements:

• Have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience in Key Stage 1 is essential in this role
• Strong communication and collaboration
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a challenging behavioural environment.
• Passion for creating a positive and impactful learning experience for all students.
• Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
