Hays is working with a great primary school based in Sandwell. This is a busy but friendly school, with lots going on. The school aims to encourage their children to learn as much as possible and achieve their individual potential whilst developing respect and consideration for others. Your new role
At Hays, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 1 teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality classes. You will need to be passionate about teaching and have a strong commitment to the student's success. This starts in September and will go until the end of the academic year with the possibility of the position becoming permanent.
What you'll need to succeed
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Participate in school-wide events and activities.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
