Yard Operative

Our Brandon, Suffolk based client are in need of yard operatives and labourers to join their growing team as the continue to see increased demand for the concrete products!
The ideal candidate for this position is a grafter who's not afraid to get stuck in and get their hands dirty. This role has long days so we need someone who can keep themselves preoccupied and busy in the yard.
This is a fully PAYE position, with a starting salary of �12.50ph. Meaning that your annual salary will be over �30,000. Overtime is also available at increased rates of pay
Yard Operative Duties:

• Working in a busy and dirty environment
• Manual handling of heavy materials
• Assembling goods using different materials
• Maintain motivation to keep busy throughout the day
• Reporting to site managers

The standard working hours for the role are 06:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday, making it a 47.5 hour week.
