We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a client of ours in the South Oxfordshire area.
The role will entail the following:

Cleaning equipment using the mechanised wash plant
Carrying out repairs to damaged equipment
Keeping the yard area tidy and maintained to standards
Having the flexibility to work as crew member and visit sites with drivers to install or recover equipment from locations in the UK

The successful applicant will be:

Reliable and trustworthy
Able to work as part of a team or on own when required
Able to work under own initiative
Have the ability to sometimes work away from home
Able to adhere to strict health and safety working practices

Yard Operatives have the possibility to be trained on the crane with a grab attachment so therefore must be willing to adapt and learn new skills.
More about the role:

The working hours are Monday to Friday
The applicant needs to be flexible in their approach to working hours.
A working week can consist of 40-45 hours.
Due to the location of the client, own transport is preferred as there is no public transport in the area.
