This role is a pivotal position in delivering exceptional customer service, proactive engagement, understanding of customer needs, and adept application of product knowledge.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: �26,500
• Working Hours: Monday-Sunday (5 days a week, including one weekend day every other week)
• Shift Patterns: 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 10am-7pm
• Location: Braintree, Great Notley
• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficiently handle incoming calls, emails, and callbacks
• Administrative tasks with precision
• Address customer queries courteously and promptly
• Collaborate with various teams, offering assistance as needed
• Maintain effective communication with third-party suppliers
