WTG Engineering Lead
AVA has partnered with a global player in the renewable energy sector, focusing on Solar, Battery, and Wind energy projects worldwide. As the WTG Engineering Lead, your main responsibility is to oversee all aspects related to Wind Turbine Generators (WTG), including OEM negotiations, engineering, manufacturing, construction, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M). Your role involves supporting local teams across various project stages.
Key Duties:
Leading WTG Engineering across project stages.
Managing WTG procurement and contract negotiations.
Providing technical support for asset management and addressing performance-related issues.
Acting as the primary point of contact for resolving wind engineering and turbine-related challenges.
Facilitating collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
Key Qualifications:
Degree: A degree in an Engineering-related field.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of WTG systems and engineering principles.
Expertise: Expertise in WTG models and understanding of market conditions.
Skills: Ability to assess technical implications for commercial objectives.
Work Ethic: Capacity to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Language: Proficiency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
