You will be a trusted member of the Senior Leadership Team, exerting a significant influence on the company's strategic direction.Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the company's commercial operations. This involves expanding revenue through both new and existing channels, enhancing profitability, increasing exposure, and achieving strong financial performance. You will gain a deep understanding of the business, its operations, and commercial objectives, and provide essential support to help the team realise growth.You will lead the Commercial and Operations teams, responsible for sales, maintaining high occupancy rates for sites, forming partnerships, and enhancing our brand and reputation.Furthermore, your role will involve implementing the growth strategy through the identification and execution of deals for new sites. You will take charge of managing interactions and negotiations with new and existing landlords, all with the overarching goal of establishing us as a leading global flexible workspace operating platform.To excel in this role, you should have a proven record of managing commercial operations in medium-sized or high-growth businesses, preferably in the workspace or hospitality sectors. Your key responsibilities will encompass:Leadership for Growth: Lead the strategic growth of our workspace operations, influencing the company's direction as a trusted member of the Senior Leadership Team.Commercial Operations Oversight: Take charge of the company's commercial operations, focusing on:Expanding revenue through new and existing channels.Enhancing site profitability.Increasing market exposure.Achieving robust financial performance.Developing a profound understanding of the business, its operations, and commercial goals.Offering essential support to drive our growth initiatives.Team Leadership: Lead both the Commercial and Operations teams, with a primary focus on:Driving sales and revenue growth.Maintaining and optimising occupancy rates at our sites.Cultivating strategic partnerships.Delivering exceptional levels of customer experience and member retentionElevating our brand and reputation within the industry.Growth Strategy Implementation: Execute our growth strategy by:Identifying and executing deals for new sites.Managing interactions and negotiations with new and existing landlords.Working towards establishing us as a leading global flexible workspace operating platform.Data-Driven Decision-Making: Continuously analyse data and market trends to make informed decisions that drive commercial success.
