Workshop Quality Controller

Porsche Retail Group (PRG) have an excellent opportunity for a Workshop Quality Controller to work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join Porsche Centre Reading.In this newly created role at Porsche Centre Reading, you will provide technical support to a team of vehicle technicians and provide dynamic quality control, including final vehicle testing. You will manage the progression of the repair of customers vehicles, whilst ensuring adherence to Porsche’s service process and warranty standards. The Service Quality Specialist, drives and improves the overall productivity of the workshop, whilst increasing customer satisfaction though vehicles being fixed first time. They will also play a key part in the warranty claims process by ensuring correct time recording and reducing claim error rates.If you have technical background within automotive, a passion for customer service and upholding quality and processes, ideally within a franchised automotive dealership, we’d love to hear from you. Ideally you will also have a Level 3 Automotive Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent.So, what makes life at PRG unique?
