Your Responsibilities as the Workshop Plant Supervisor:
As the workshop plant supervisor, you will be required to supervise the engineers, assisting them with the maintenance and repairs of plant equipment
Assisting with any additional training as required making sure staff have the correct understanding of standards and policies
