Workshop Manager

Our client, an established national manufacturing company, has a requirement for a motivated, proactive, and hands-on Workshop Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operations within the workshop.
Reporting directly to the Production Director, duties to include:
Understanding and implementation of Company policies and procedures.
Ensure clear and timely internal and external communication.
Execute the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental objectives of the organisation.
Develop safe work procedures and ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for workshop activities.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety and compliance.
Support and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external partners to achieve operational objectives.
