Platinum Recruitment is working with an award winning Forklift Hire company. This is an opportunity for a Qualified Forklift Engineer to join their team of experienced Forklift Engineers.

Your responsibilities will include-

• Servicing, repairs and maintenance of diesel, gas and electric forklift trucks.
• Carry out diagnostic testing to identify faults and issues.
• Ability to work on your own
• Install, adjust, and calibrate components and systems on forklifts to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used, labour hours, and any recommendations for future maintenance.

Other industries considered-

Experience essential for this role -

• Full UK Driving Licence is required
• Fully qualified Forklift Engineer
• NVQ or City & Guilds in a form of engineering preferred but not essential

• Previous experience maintaining, diagnosing and repairing faults on forklifts
• Ability to diagnose and carry out repairs on errors and faults with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues
