My client is currently looking for a Workshop Foreman to join their growing business with experience working with plant attachment equipment. The ideal Workshop Foreman will have the ability to prioritise workloads and ordering parts & equipment. As well as working on their own, coordinating their team, the Workshop Foreman will also be able to work as part as a team.

Requirements

• Must have excellent knowledge of working with plant/tool hire equipment


• Managing a team of fitters, delegating workload and ensure jobs are completed correctly.


• Prioritising workload and minimize breakdown time


• Managing services on each piece of kit


• Must be hands on
