Workshop Engineer

Workshop Engineer required for our client; a pump specialist company based in Aldershot. Our client requires an experienced Workshop Engineer to join their team

The successful Workshop Engineer will have experience in a workshop environment repairing and fault-finding electric motors and pumps. The role will involve stripping down and refurbishing large-scale pumps that have been removed from client's sites, and then ensuring that they are fully operational to a high standard, and ready to be reinstalled by the Site Engineer's.

The proficient Workshop Engineer should possess strong mechanical expertise and feel confident in disassembling and refurbishing various mechanical equipment, such as pumps and electric motors.

The Workshop Engineer will have to live in a commutable distance to Aldershot as the role is workshop based. On the rare occasion the Workshop Engineer will be required to go along with an engineer to site.

Workshop Engineer Position Requirements

• Repair of pumps and associated electro / mechanical equipment
• Build and repair
• Testing of repairs before despatch
• Fault find and repair

Workshop Engineer Position Remuneration

• Salary �30k - �40k DOE
• 40 Hours per week
• 20 Days holiday + Bank Holiday's
