WORSKHOP CONTROLLER - BOVEY TRACEY, DEVON

£25,000 - £30,000 + 33 days AL, Free Parking, Company Bonus Scheme, DIS, Sick Pay Package


Due to ongoing success, my client are looking to add to their growing team with the addition of a Workshop Controller, the company are going through a period of growth, which is owing to the companies recent successes and ambitions to grow further.

We are looking for someone who has ideally gained experience within a manufacturing environment and has a good communication style, as you will be dealing with Customers on a daily basis.


THE ROLE:

  • Work alongside the Agricultural Service Manager / Foreman
  • First Point of contact to book in Workshop jobs
  • Scheduling of Workshop Jobs in electronic Diary
  • Able to prioritise & Organise workloads.
  • Contacting Customer to advise of Job Completion
  • Promote Product Support
  • Proactively Contacting Customers to grow the business.
  • Requesting of Order numbers where applicable

THE PERSON:

  • Confident in the use of computers, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Highly Organised
  • Ability to work both in a team but also on an individual basis.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Would suit someone with a service background.


BENEFITS:

£25,000 - £30,000 + 33 days annual leave + DIS + Company Bonus scheme + Progression + Sick Pay + Free parking
