Workshop Controller

Role - Workshop ControllerLocation - StaffordSalary - £35,000 OTE £42,000Richard Abson Group are currently assisting a premium car dealership based in Stafford in finding them an experienced Workshop Controller.Your role will be to oversee and manage the daily workloads for 10 Technicians, support the 4 Service Advisors to manage expectations and maximise the efficiency and performance of the workshop. You'll be making sure all servicing work is carried out accurately, competently and on time, with customer satisfaction in mind. Accurately recording Technician time and writing technical reports and recommendations and working with the Service Advisors to ensure service standards with customers are met.You'll work Monday - Friday 8am-6pm and 1in2/3 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30noon (Paid at time and half).Please APPLY NOW or contact Jake Jones at Richard Abson Group for more information
