* Plan and organising workflows
* Ensure maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams
* Undertake quality inspections
* Deal with customers over rework claims
* Undertake staff reviews
* Work closely with vehicle damage assessors to achieve optimum salesWorking closely with vehicle damage assessment and parts teams, you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performanceWhat we look for
* The drive and passion to deliver high quality repairs and customer outcomes
* Someone who can work as part of a team with minimal supervision
* Knowledge of 'prestige' vehicle repair methods with an ability to maximise repair opportunities
* Commercial awareness - ability to maximise productivity/profit
* Willingness to embrace best practices
* Prestige vehicle technical qualifications
* Hands-on experience with of at least two workshop disciplines; must include vehicle panel technicianAbout youHighly organised with a detailed understanding of prestige vehicle repair methods and a proven track record of leading bodyshop production teams.
