We're seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to take charge of our client workshop and drive its daily operations. As the Workshop Controller, you'll lead a team of Technicians, fostering maximum workflow efficiency and productivity. Your primary goal will be to ensure repairs are completed promptly and accurately, maintaining exceptional quality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high-quality standards.
Ensure repairs are completed promptly and accurately to uphold customer satisfaction.
Uphold rigorous quality standards to deliver top-tier repair services that meet BSI PAS 10125 standards.
Provide support during team absences, such as holidays, by performing necessary repairs to maintain workflow.
Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
Lead and inspire a team of Technicians to optimize workflow and productivity, fostering a cohesive working environment.
