Job DescriptionAre you our new subject matter expert within workplace capacity planning and can you combine headcount forecasts with space- and occupancy planning in order to support the workplace strategy for the LEGO Group ?Core ResponsibilitiesSubject matter expert for our workplace capacity planning area – combing headcount forecasts with space planning and occupancy planning to support the workplace strategy for the LEGO Group.Monitors and tracks space and occupancy trends based on local headcount forecasting, business org changes and space requirements.Liaise and build relationships with local/regional site business partners to ensure that business’ allocation, adjacency and workplace plans meet our headcount forecasting, how our colleagues work and space is utilised.Closely partner with the global People Insights, Workplace Creation & Operations and Finance team on developing workplace strategy pilots, specific to region, to support the hybrid workplace.Develop impact assessment of the local workplace experience and how this is tied to space utilisation and local capacity.Summarise data and create presentations for visible projects for a wide range audience (senior leadership – local teams).Collaborate with colleagues from other departments e.g. Workplace Project Office, Real Estate Manager and Finance to provide conceptual workplace strategy plans and recommendations to stakeholders.Keep up to date with emerging trends and insights with regards to workplace strategy, design, and best practices.Play your part in our team succeedingYou will join the Workplace Location Strategy team consisting of 4 end-user focused colleagues who work cross-departmentally and are focused on workplace experience, transformation projects, capacity planning and location and strategy. Our strategic objectives include insights & analytics, program management and workplace location strategy.This is a role fit for a person that can support across the Workplace Experience team on collecting, analysing and presenting data and tying these to recommendations as well as communicating decisions and plans. The role will also be part of various projects related to Workplace Experience.You will work closely with the rest of the LEGO Ways of Working team, colleagues from other areas of People, Places & Culture, Real Estate Manager, Finance and Workplace Project Office.Do you have what it takes?Proven experience in workplace strategy, occupancy, and space planning.Expertise in space planning, user research, occupancy planning and strategy, and space programming.Comfortable in a fast-paced, open, collaborative environment.Ability to build internal networks and work cross functional.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, team based, deadline-oriented environment.High degree of flexibility and the ability to collaborate, problem solve and multi-task.Demonstrated ability to produce reports/documents in high quality in PowerPoint.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Ability to effectively manage complex tasks and prioritise multiple projects and competing priorities.Excellent organisational and project management skills.What’s in it for you?
