Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Working Foreman / Site Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing M&E projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in installations, general lighting, structured cabling, fire & security, small power, and emergency lighting.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise M&E projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to senior management
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
