Working Farm Manager job - Dorset

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our progressive farming business in Dorset. Covering in the region of 3,000 acres of chalk arable land our integrated mixed farming approach and commitment to continual improvement makes this an exciting and challenging prospect for the right candidate.As Working Farm Manager, your responsibilities will include, overseeing all aspects of field operations including slurry applications, crop agronomy, grain store management, input ordering and record keeping. You will lead a committed arable team and coordinate the in-house maintenance technician to strive for improvements in both performance and efficiencies.You will become a valued member of our business and will work closely with the farm owners on strategy and direction. You will need to demonstrate the ability to have an open approach to new ideas and be an effective team communicator.
