Working Cleaning Supervisor

Labour Hire are looking for a WORKING CLEANING SUPERVISOR for a well-established company in LONDON
About You:
High work ethic & team player
Punctual & reliable
Flexible approach
Must be flexible in their working pattern
Have excellent attention to detail
Computer and Microsoft excel/word experienced
Able to work alone and be accountable as well as part of a team
HR experience would be preferable but not essential
Knowledge of H&S
Experience in all types of deep carpet cleaning and stripping and polishing is essential
About the role:
Flexibility is key to this role as it is requires site visits and working anytime between 5am to 11pm depending on the needs of the business.
40 hours per week, varying shift patterns between 05:00-23:00
Pay rate: £15.00
Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multi-site cleaning including specialist deep cleans and projects.
Train and lead cleaners, showing by example
Cover for cleaners this could be early morning, daytime, evening
Organise cover at short notice
Recruitment so a black book is desired
Completion of audits/inspections
Client visits when directed by the OD
