Workforce Project Lead

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for a Wales-based NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint a Workforce Project Lead, for a 3-4 month contract.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development and delivery of large scale workforce transformation projects;


• Effectively project managing the successful delivery of complex, concurrent projects with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to agreed standards;


• Developing identified programmes or work with senior stakeholders and other external partners;


• Identifying risks and issues and working to identify mitigating actions through analysis and problem solving with system experts;


• Applying agile and Prince2 project management experience and expertise to project planning, delivery, and impact evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Significant experience of delivering workforce transformation within an NHS setting;


• Proven expertise in workforce design, change management, and project management;


• Strong negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
