We’re a group of friendly, passionate people who care about our clients, our work and each other, whilst using exciting tech to help big and small brands grow online.About the role:Our Workflow Manager is a business-critical role within the Delivery department.Working closely with our Director of Delivery, you will be responsible for the efficient planning and scheduling of all work across the agency.This will primarily be an internal facing role, liaising with key members from each department within the agency to align on upcoming workflow priorities.You will fulfil the organisation role for our Service Desk, ensuring tickets are effectively being prioritised, scheduled and delivered by delivery resource.You will help shape processes & ways of working, ensuring we’re getting the most out of our workflow management platforms & tools.What we’re looking for:Experience in a similar workflow management or project coordinator roleA team player and great communicatorAn incisive approach to working out problemsA passion for all areas of digital and how they can be commercially appliedIt would be beneficial if additionally you had:Experience with JIRA & sprint managementPrevious digital agency experiencePrevious experience in a coordination roleRole requirements:We will expect you to work in a hybrid model, working from our London office 3 days a week.What you get from us:Central London office with our own bar, free drinks & snacks25 days annual leaveFlexible hoursRegular social events, parties, and after work drinksTreats on your Birthday & at ChristmasAnnual budget for you to spend on your personal wellbeingIf this sounds like something you might like and you feel you would make a difference to Propeller, we would love to hear from you.
