Position: Workflow Coordinator
Support the IPS Team in managing external data dependencies.
Facilitate Production Services to meet contractual obligations.
Job Summary:
Ensure compliance with AWL SHE Policy, Health & Safety Operating manual, and HSE Management System Manual.
Manage data requirements for contracted tasks.
Liaise with external departments to meet delivery timelines.
Monitor and report on data requirement statuses and escalate critical issues.
Qualifications:
HNC or equivalent in a relevant aviation field, or an engineering apprenticeship plus experience in aircraft maintenance.
Skills in technical authoring tools like Framemaker, EAGLE, EPS, and CAPS2000.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manage technical data.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet changing deadlines.
Self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Working Relationships:
Reports to the Production Services Manager and Principal Engineer IPS Coordinator.
Collaborates with Production Services, Engineering, Operations, Safety departments, and more.
