The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Integration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Workday integrations, including proficiency in Workday modules such as Benefits, HCM and Talent Management. As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex integrations within the Workday ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other systems using Workday's integration tools and technologies, including Studio, EIB, Connectors, XML, XSLT, and Workday web services. Must have hands on experience in Workday Studio.
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and define integration solutions.
Configure and customize Workday integrations to meet specific business needs.
Actively participate in sprint planning meetings where they collaborate with the product owner and the rest of the team to understand the requirements for the upcoming sprint and to estimate the effort required for each task.
Document every step of Integration process including BRD during requirement gathering and Integration Design Documents post implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
Document integration designs, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Stay current with Workday's integration features, updates, and best practices.
Provide guidance and support to other team members on Workday integration-related topics.
Requirements:
Solid Hands – on experience on Workday's integration technologies, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services, and Workday Integration Cloud Platform.
Hands on experience in Workday BIRT
Must have Benefits Functional knowledge. And must have been part of at least one WD or SAP or Oracle Benefits Implementation.
Knowledge and experience in Agile and product management.
Working experience on PECI and PICOF integrations.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, XML, XSLT.
Proficient in report writing, creating custom objects, custom reports, and Workday calculated fields.
7 years of Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Workday certification(s) preferred.
