Workday Functional Analyst / HR Business Analyst

An opportunity to join an inflight Workday programme as a Workday Functional Analyst / Test Support.You MUST have been part of a Workday implementation previously in a similar capacity.During the programme you will be responsible for supporting the functional / process work stream that includes requirements and design capture, testing and training.·
Responsible for defining and supporting the implementation of HR business requirement.·
Responsible for eliciting, prioritizing and implementing HR business requirements·
Will work collaboratively with data and technical workstreams to support e2e solution·
Support the end to end test execution phase by producing scenarios, creating test data and executing tests.·
Design/develop standard operating procedures and training guides.·
Maintain robust change management documentation to satisfy internal/external audit controls and compliance practices·
Act as a functional subject matter expert for Workday functionality·
Support HR training alongside the training team.Contract: Outside ir35Contract Length: Inital 8 months to cover phase 1 with the possibility of extension into phase 2.
