You will be responsible for streamlining manual processes,
maximising Workday's capabilities, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement within Workday.
Leverage your Workday expertise and data analysis skills to design and implement efficient processes and automations.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Partner with external consultants to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions with Workday.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and drive business objectives through Workday optimisation.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Workday Consultant or similar role.
Strong understanding of Workday ERP functionality and configuration.
Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience working with ERP systems (experience with other systems is transferable).
Experience in the working in Technology sector or similar.
Product Management experience.
