The ideal individual will have worked with both Workday UK Benefits & Workday Core Compensation for the past 3 Years. Strong configuration required with Both modules.

Skills & Experience Required:
▪️ 3+ Years Experience with Workday UK Benefits & Workday Core Compensation
▪️ Workday Training/Fundamentals/Pro/SI Certifications advantageous
▪️ Strong Configuration experience required
▪️ A true passion to be a Comp/Bens specialist in the Workday ecosystem
▪️ Excellent Stakeholder communication skills – the ability to change approach, face off to some challenging stakeholders, work alongside the business to see maximum gain from the system
▪️ BAU/Post Go-live support, optimisation, new features, releases required
