Oakleaf is currently partnering with a Financial Services organisation in search of a Workday Systems Analyst to be responsible for the maintenance and support for the HRIS system. You will act as the Workday SME.
The Workday Analyst role:
Act as the Workday SME.
Be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of HR functionality of Workday.
Be the first point of contact for stakeholders with Workday issues / requests. Provide user support and troubleshoot issues.
Proactively highlight opportunities for development of the system and functionalities. Work with stakeholders to identify areas that Workday and improve processes.
Perform EIB uploads.
Work to improve data accuracy and integrity.
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, conduct analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday HCM solutions.
Liaise with HR and external providers to ensure alignment of technology.
Lead the design and development of dashboards and reports.
The successful candidate will have:
Strong Workday HCM experience.
Experience in advanced Workday modules advantageous (Advanced Comp and Workforce Planning)
Technical and functional knowledge of Workday.
