Work Shop Team Leader Elmbridge

Your new company Hays are looking for a new Work Shop Team Leader within Environmental Services (NOT CONSTRUCTION) to join their client and be based out of their Camberly depot.
Your new role To provide supervision of a maintenance workshop serving a diverse range of vehicles, equipment and plant; and plan the effective use of resources to deliver a cost-effective Service and Maintenance Repair facility always ensuring first class customer service.
Compliance with legislative and company standards of all equipment and tools
Health & Safety of Workshop
Monitoring Fitter performance, quality and productivity
Maintain cost controls on behalf of Amey
Actively identify and develop effective ways of delivering service
Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of maintenance workshops, ideally in a supervisory role
Able to demonstrate workshop planning knowledge
Experience in performance managing teams
Significant 'On Tools' experience
High level of problem-solving skills
