Are you an experienced Wine Specialist looking for a new opportunity? THE JOB: * Full control of the wine list. * Day to day upselling and advising on the wine choice. IDEAL CANDIDATE: * Min. 1 year of experience as a Sommelier * Strong attention to detail * Experience in AA rosette location desirable. * WSET level 2 is a must THE PACKAGE: * 38-40K per annum (experience depending) + TRONC * 40h per week on a 4 days per week rota * Christmas off Please note that due to the high volume of applications only successful candidates will be contacted.
