We are currently assisting our client to recruit a Wills Advisor. You will be working at a paralegal level within the Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney team.
Duties include; meeting with clients and advising them on all aspects of wills, drafting the wills and advising on the execution of the wills. You will also be advising clients and completing the process on Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising on the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney. You will be dealing with client due diligence including AML checks and general administration of client files.
This role is suited to an experienced Paralegal with previous experience of Wills and Powers of Attorney. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on exceptional client care. You will need to have a flexible approach and the ability to work within a team environment. The position would suit someone who is highly organised, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure. Excellent all-round communication and IT skills, professional telephone manner and attention to detail is essential.
You will also need to be IT literate and be able to use a case management system.
