Job Description
The purpose of the role is to provide 1st class Sales Support and Planning to our Wholesale Fabrics Commercial team with a focus on Fashion and Drapery segment.
The role has two key elements:
1. Sales Support – responsible for the proactive day to day order and stock management and sales team support via our ERP - Infor M3;
2. Sales Planning – for all our fabrics wholesale activities and/or selling tools production/coordination (i.e.: trade shows, sales tools);
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure timely and accurate processing of Sales Orders via M3;
· Review orders received to ensure you have all the required information before inputting the order for processing;
· Ensure all customers’ specific requirements are carried out as per customer requirements;
· Communicate anticipated product delays to the customers and Sales Team as needed;
· Resolve all order issues and respond to all order inquiries in a timely manner;
· Manage the order book (F.O.B.) ensuring it is up to date using the support of weekly and monthly reports;
· Effective Logistic Coordination with 3rd party warehouse to ensure client order is shipped out on time as well as help resolve problems related to stock, delivery and client return.
· Develop strong relationships to provide excellent Sales Admin and Support to Sales Managers, Sales Agents;
· Understand Liberty business processes for order entry and maintenance, allocation and shipping, returns, pricing, sales and Fashion and Drapery seasonality terms and Warehouse communications;
· Gain knowledge of Liberty products and continue to evolve expertise as new product lines are introduced;
· Attend and actively participate in key sales meetings and trade shows as needed;
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· The ideal candidate will have proven experience undertaking a similar role;
· Minimum understanding of the supply chain process from production order, shipping procedure to customer order fulfilment.
· Strong ERP systems experience; M3 would be an advantage;
· Wholesale experience in Fashion textiles: Fabrics, Accessories, Trims, Raw materials, Components;
· MS Office applications in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams;
· Technical knowledge of fabric and textiles would be a plus;
· Online and Offline Trade Marketing experience would be a plus
