As the Wholesale Operations Executive, you will be working collaboratively alongside the Wholesale Operations Manager to service and maintain relationships for Castore’s continued growing group of wholesale accounts. Manage and own the end to end process from the moment the sales order is received until orders are delivered to customer warehouse, driving operational excellence and ensuring orders are delivered OTIF.Responsibilities•Take full ownership of the end-to-end operational management for our prestigious Global Key Accounts such as JD Sports, Frasers Group, Fanatics, and others, ensuring operational excellence and top-tier service delivery.•Customer facing role to communicate account updates and independent liaise with them to ensure their orderbook is satisfied. •Following the Wholesale departments critical path and seasonal order deadlines and working collaboratively with the wholesale account managers and wholesale operations assistants to ensure custom pricing, trade terms, quantities, requested drop dates, customer PO numbers are all aligned so our Merchandising department can place Vendor PO’s on time.•Efficiently compile and present sales order data to the internal Merchandising team, adhering to critical path and seasonal order deadlines.•Collaborate with the Wholesale Operations Manager to establish a wholesale-oriented VAS compliance framework across Castore's flagship and international Distribution Centres (DCs), ensuring SLAs are met.•Conduct open orderbook reconciliation meetings with relevant stakeholders, providing accurate forecasts to optimise DC resource allocation.•Liaise with finance teams to ensure accurate fulfilment of shipped and invoiced Wholesale Sales Orders, resolving any discrepancies or queries promptly.Skills & QualitiesEssential Knowledge and Experience:•Solid experience in a similar role with a focus on wholesale operations.•Proficiency in working with 3rd party handlers and internal business management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Net Suite, Microsoft Navision).•Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and adaptability to evolving processes.•Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment with excellent planning and organization abilities.•Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to learn in a rapidly growing business setting.Preferred Experience:•Previous experience in a leadership or senior executive role supporting senior management teams.Personal Qualities:•Ambitious and passionate about contributing to the expansion and development of the role.•Excellent attention to detail and natural problem-solving abilities.•Initiative-taking and trustworthy, with a proactive approach to challenges.•Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with a 'Better Never Stops' attitude.•Ability to thrive in a team environment and share in Castore's ambitious outlook.•Understanding of geographical and cultural differences.•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).•Have a Better Never Stops Attitude.What We Offer•Competitive salary •Discretionary bonus scheme •25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) •Modern city centre offices in Manchester •An opportunity to work with global sporting partners •Office breakout space with pool tables, dart board and TV’s •A chance to build a career with a fast paced, high growth brand •Employee assistance programme •Generous staff discount
