We are currently seeking Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistants to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of educational settings, including primary schools, secondary schools, and special educational needs (SEN) environments. Job Duties:


  • Provide support to teachers and students in both Welsh and English language settings, facilitating effective communication and understanding.
  • Assist with classroom activities, including lesson preparation, group work, and individual tutoring sessions.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and empowered to succeed.
  • Collaborate with school staff and external professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with additional needs.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers, helping to assess learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:


  • Fluent in Welsh, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in the languages.
  • Previous experience working in an educational setting, either as a teaching assistant, classroom support worker, or similar role preferred.
  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of young people.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments and with students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education, childcare, or a related field would be advantageous but not essential.
