The role will be suited to those individuals with skills and experience of working directly in schools/community and who are passionate about delivering high quality evidence-based intervention on a time-limited basis. The role requires the Wellbeing Practitioner to use their clinical skills in assessment and delivery of evidence-based interventions to children and young people with mild to moderate mental health and wellbeing needs.The post-holder will operate at all times from an inclusive values base, which recognizes and respects the diversity of Harrow and ensures all work is sensitive to the needs of a range of ethnic, cultural and religious groups, is gender sensitive, anti-discriminatory and values diversity.The post-holder will be supported through supervision.
